Fees Policy

StoreHippo follows a fair fee policy when it comes to charges. Every subscription plan has a limit on the online sales volume. Once the customer exceeds the limit as per their plan, there is a charge of 0.5% on total sales above the limit. Following are the limits for every plan:

Business: INR 20 lakhs per month or USD 50k per Month

Enterprise Standard: INR 50 lakhs per month or USD 100k per Month

Example: If you are in business plan and your monthly sales volume is Rs 21 lakhs then you will be charged (21-20)*0.5%= Rs 500 in addition to your plan cost.

Example: If you are in business plan and your monthly sales volume is USD 51k then you will be charged (51-50)*0.5%= USD 5 in addition to your plan cost.

Enterprise Platinum: INR 3.5 Cr per month or USD 500k per Month.

Once the customer exceeds the limit as per their plan, there is a charge of 0.25% on total sales above the limit.
