Mystore uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your product description, price,shipping details,billing details and cart summary.Once your order is placed, Mystore provides information on your order by email.
Products ship as they become available. Once the product leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address.
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping a product on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and a Delivers date.
We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the product ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name and a Delivers by date.
All products in your order that are in stock will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If any product in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.
